A 25-year veteran of enterprise software development, finance, accounting and management, Rick Lowrey is the Executive Vice President of Engineering for Deltek. Lowrey is responsible for technology strategy and innovation, product design, product development, software quality assurance and test engineering across Deltek's product families.

Since joining Deltek in 1995, Lowrey has served in several key positions including Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Executive Vice President and General Manager of enterprise solutions and most recently as Executive Vice President of Products and Strategy. During the course of his tenure, Lowrey has played a significant role in Deltek's product strategy and expansion efforts, including coordinating product integration of several Deltek acquisitions.

Lowrey's background also includes 10 years of experience working in financial and accounting management roles in leading government contracting firms.

Lowrey is a graduate of George Mason University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
