Accounting Integration

Deltek Cobra allows actual costs, accruals, and commitments to be tracked. Actual costs are entered manually or via a transaction file generated from an accounting system in either a current period or cumulative-to-date format. Cumulative-to-date files are posted as current period record. This file format is self correcting.

Deltek Cobra easily integrates with Deltek Costpoint and Deltek GCS Premier Accounting Systems for a seamless enterprise solution.

Integration Wizard

User friendly, the Integration Wizard walks you through loading your schedule or cost actual data step by step. You can easily select the fields to map and save the configuration for ongoing automatic imports.

Baseline Management

Managing a time-phased baseline is easy with Deltek Cobra's spreadsheet-style dialog boxes. Budgets can be entered at any interval desired , such as daily, weekly, or quarterly to let you determine the level of detail needed to manage your projects. Deltek Cobra's user defined calculations allow overhead, G&A, cost of money and foreign currencies to be calculated.

Changes to the baseline are automatically tracked, including details of who made the change, and the amount that was changed, along with any additional comments. Each change to the baseline can be kept separate, and different rate sets can be used with each change. These features, along with Cobra's strict security, allow a performance measurement baseline to be controlled.

Standard Resources and Rates

Maintaining spreadsheets with accurate information across the organization is a nightmare. Cobra simplifies this with standard resources, rates, and codes for the organizations. This provides a starting point for programs with the ability to copy from one program to another. This saves time by leveraging existing data and changing only the data that is different.
